This is a gorgeous cocktail dress by Blondie Nites by Stacy Sklar. The skirt has several layers of navy tulle. A nude base with navy lace & sequin overlay completes the bodice. There is a sticky band around the top to keep the dress up (instead of constantly having to tug on it to pull it back up.) Closure is a single hook & eye, over the zipper. There are cutouts right at bottom of ribcage, on either side.
Got this to wear to a New Year's Eve party but at the last minute decided to go with another dress. It was tried on once but never wore it again.
