Vintage Dollhouse Artist Painting Fern Leaf Blue Signed L Fregans Vintage OOAK 3"x 2.5". The dollhouse artist is L Fregans. I knew the dollhouse artist she was my grandmothers friend. This is from either the 1960s 1970s or early 1980s as she unfortunately passed away in the early 1990s. The years are when she created her work, since she did not date it, I do not know which exact year it is from. It has never been removed from the package. There is age to the package.The frames are handcrafted and made to look antiqued so they are suppose to look that way. There is some paint marks on the back of the painting on the edges as shown from the painting process. It new old stock and is one of a kind.
